I requested a tow online and they gave me a Courtesy call on arrival. Response time was quick. After carefully loading my vehicle I asked can I use debit or cash which he responded cash only which I did think was odd considering when I called for a quote, cash only was never mentioned. So after he told me it was 185 but when I called it was between 155-160. I handed him 190 since neither of us had change. Overall my car made it to its destination safely and I most certainly would use this company again and recommend.

So nice to get local service. Spent 20 minutes on a lock out call with a call centre before I was told they would not come and unlock my vehicle because I had no ID which was locked in vehicle. These guys showed up as promised in the time frame they gave me..... saw I was a tourist and fixed me up with a deal. I in turn offered a nice tip on an extremely hot day after hours. Great service

Mercedes customer service sent out a tow company to tow my 2022 Sprinter. Once they arrived they said they were unable to put it on a flatbed and they would have to dolly it even though the manual clearly states it should be towed on a flatbed. After kindly declining their service Mercedes sent out Clone Towing. Dan arrived and was very knowledgeable, polite, resourceful and paid careful attention to detail, making sure neither my Sprinter nor my property were damaged in the process. Thank you Dan!

I was locked out of my car at 3am. This is one of the only places that answers tows 24/7 and responds quickly. The staff is friendly and the drivers are quick and safe and try to give you a fair price. Thank you guys.

On Sunday evening of Memorial Day Weekend, I needed a tow from Plymouth to my dealer in Hanover after my vehicle hit a very deep pothole and was undriveable. Tom, the driver, showed up within 30 minutes, put the car on the truck and brought it to Hanover. He texted me about an hour later to let me know it arrived safely at the dealership. He was courteous and very sympathetic to my situation. I highly recommend Clone towing and be sure to ask for Tom !!

Amazing service and prices!! My car broke down on the way to work in the middle of the night and had a quick to little to no waiting time! The man who towed my car was super nice and professional. Explained everything he was doing as he was doing it so Id know exactly what was going!! Highly recommended!!

Clone towing is a great comfort to know when I really needed a tow company these guys were the only company out of at least 5 local towing companies who rejected the service when i needed a tow ….dont start ur search without 1st calling clone towing… it will save u time ….. They have now a customer for life .i have no need to call on anyone but clone towing!!

Great experience using their towing company. My psychotic neighbor put nails in the road and stabbed all 4 of my tires. My car is quite loud and he wasn’t a fan. They came out and were friendly and helpful got my car towed in no time. Good people at this place.
